Open Heart Flow

I invite you to my classes at two locations: Evani Yoga Studio and Sarasvati Yoga, both in Wilmersdorf.

Together we will discover the Anusara Yoga - the "Yoga of the Heart".

Each class is centred around a main theme - a Heart-Theme - and offers an opportunity to explore your body, heart and mind on a deeper level. Experience gentle and precise alignment, restorative pranayama and meditation. Cultivate an open and kind attitude towards yourself and others - on and off the mat :)

All levels and bodies are welcome!

Evani Yoga Studio, every Tuesday at 18:30 - 20:00

Sarasvati Yoga Berlin, every Thursday at 19:30-21:00

Trial class: 15 Euro / Pop-In: 20 Euro
5-Class Card: 90 Euro / 10-Class Card: 175 Euro
